Refunds

Thirty days. If something is wrong, email me first — most problems are fixed in a few days, not thirty. If I can't fix yours, ask within 30 days of buying and I will refund you. You do not need to give a reason, and I will not argue about it.

How to ask

Send a note to dyeman72@gmail.com from the email address you bought with. One person reads it, and that person is me.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and land back on the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. For the tax tool, a refund covers the current month and cancels the subscription so nothing bills again.

The guitar bundle

The guitar trainers are a yearly subscription. Ask within 30 days of a charge, including a renewal you did not expect, and I will refund that year in full. After that, cancel whenever you like and nothing bills again — the apps keep working until the date you have paid through. Cancelling on its own is not a refund; if you want both, say so and you will get both.

What happens to your licence

The key stops working once the refund goes through, next time the app can reach the internet.

Try before you pay

The paid guitar trainers run for ten days before they ask for anything, and the Capo Trainer, the Fraction Wheel and Times Round Up are free. Use them first. It is a better test than a refund policy, and it means most people never need this page.

Updates

Updates are included and they happen constantly, most of them because somebody told me what was missing. Send feedback even when nothing is broken.
