These terms cover software sold or given away by Dye Industries Inc., a Colorado corporation, through this website.

What you are buying

A licence to use the software, not the software itself. The licence is for you personally or for your business. You may install it on the devices you use. You may not resell it, republish it, or share your licence key with people outside your household or business.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. Your payment agreement for the transaction is with them, and their name will appear on your card statement. They collect and remit any sales tax or VAT due. If something is wrong with an app, email me: most problems are fixed in days, and there is a 30-day refund if I can't fix yours.

Subscriptions

The guitar trainer bundle is sold as a yearly subscription of $15.99. It renews automatically on the same date each year, at the same price, until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy emails you a receipt containing a link that manages the subscription, and you can cancel from there at any time, or by writing to me. Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing further is charged; the apps keep working until the end of the year you have already paid for, and then ask for a key again.

Licence keys

A key unlocks the apps it was sold for on a limited number of devices. If you change devices and run out of activations, email me and I will reset it. Keys issued for a purchase that is later refunded or charged back stop working.

Updates and availability

Updates are included while your subscription is active, for as long as I keep making them, at no extra charge. The apps run in your browser and work offline once installed, so they keep working even if this website does not. I may stop selling something at any time; that does not affect a licence already bought.

What is not promised

The software is provided as it is. I have tested it and I use it myself, but I do not warrant that it is free of errors or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Dye Industries Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability is limited to what you paid.

Nothing here is professional advice. A tax calculator is a calculator, not an accountant, and a music tool is not a teacher.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
